|Morning Energy: Beet, Orange, Ginger, Turmeric|

Are you at all curious about my new morning beverage? I was having brunch at a nearby restaurant with a friend after we both had just finished teaching pretty intense classes at the gym. On the menu we both saw the same drink, which we ordered and I decided I needed to find the recipe or do something because it was delicious.
The drink is called Morning Meditation. I asked for the recipe which they declined to give me, however, a quick search online yielded several ways to make that drink and since I don't normally measure anything it was easy for me to come up with my own combination.
- 1 steamed beet
- 2-3 Oranges - all you need is the juice, so squeeze away
- sprinkle turmeric and ginger - how much is totally up to you
- *optional - 1 lime or lemon - just the juice, pineapple, or mango
- Blend - keep the pulp, enjoy!
I think mine is better because I see how some nutrients could vanish in a juicer. This was really delicious. I felt refreshed, energized and ready for my next class.
